On DECEMBER, 22, 2003 on my 65th Birthday, at 11:15 a.m we received a Mag. 6.5 San Simeon Earthquake. While the earth trembled "PURERISM MUSIC" a NEW STYLE OF MUSIC was born. Created and developed by me, "FATHER OF PURERISM MUSIC". The style of "PURERISM MUSIC" employs ONLY "CORDS", "SCALES" AND "ARPEGGIOS", used separately and throughout a complete movement. The main features in "PURERISM MUSIC" is to display its flexibilities and Independence of its style. My first "PURERISM MUSIC" composition, "88 KEYS" for piano, displays all three of them. The first movement is an "Arpeggio Movement", the second movement is a "Cord Movement", and the third is a "Scale Movement".
My second composition
is for Violin and Piano. The first movement both
instruments have "Cord Movements", but in the second movement here you
see a first attempt of "Counter PURERISM" Movement. Where the Violin has
a "Scale Movement" and the Piano a "arpeggio Movement", executing them
simultaneously as one movement. My 4th, 5th and 6th compositions in
'PURERISM MUSIC", which actually are my first three attempts to employ
"Purerism Music" for full orchestra, are: "SCALE SYMPHONY" "CORD
CONCERTO" and "ARPEGGIO FANTASY", all self explanatory as each displays
one of the three of "PURERISM MUSIC" main features.
Another face of "PURERISM MUSIC" is my "WHOLE NOTE
SYMPHONY" for Orch. where only whole notes are used for the entire
SYMPHONY. A piano arrangement of this work is also available. |
